The Ibstock Screed Rail System is ideal for the construction of industrial floors, pathways, hard standing areas, pads and bases.

Our Screed Rails are manufactured with Strongcast Concrete.They contain steel reinforcement along the length of the rail, positioned in three settings.The rails are manufactured in an L shaped profle, three metres in length.They are available in two heights, 100mm and 150mm.The weight of a 100mm high three metre length is approximately 30kg and the 150mm high is approximately 45kg.

The most economic option of laying a concrete floor is the long strip construction method, utilising bays of as great a width as possible (taking into account the size of the screeding machine to be used and/or the bay specification width). This method of construction is ideally suited to Ibstock's Screed Rail System.

• Precision manufacture ensures a tolerance of just +/- 5mm over a 3m length. This makes the levelling process very easy, giving an extremely flat surface
• In external use, it is far easier to achieve excellent results where there are complex drainage requirements
