Once a report has been made, we are committed to investigating any concerns fully, fairly, promptly and confidentially, and we undertake to ensure that no one suffers any detriment or any unfavourable treatment if they have raised a genuine concern – even if the concern is not ultimately substantiated following investigation. You can be confident that if you raise a genuine concern, we will support and protect you.
