At Ibstock, we aspire to achieve and encourage the highest standards of ethical behaviour, corporate governance and accountability in all areas of our activities.
We are committed to always operating honestly and with integrity and, therefore, we want our people – whether employees, agents or contractors, and regardless of their role – to feel empowered to speak up if they see or suspect behaviour that may be illegal, unsafe, unethical or harmful to our business, customers, colleagues, or communities.
Our Whistleblowing Policy provides guidance on how you can report any concerns in good faith:
Report to your line manager.
Report to the Group Company Secretary or Group People Director.
Report via EthicsPoint on NAVEXOne, accessed through our colleague intranet.
Report via the EthicsPoint confidential and independent Whistleblowing Line on
0800 086 9126. This service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will allow you to make a report and remain anonymous.
Once a report has been made, we are committed to investigating any concerns fully, fairly, promptly and confidentially, and we undertake to ensure that no one suffers any detriment or any unfavourable treatment if they have raised a genuine concern – even if the concern is not ultimately substantiated following investigation. You can be confident that if you raise a genuine concern, we will support and protect you.
