Quotes Terms and Conditions – Forticrete Walling

• All prices submitted are exclusive of VAT and will be subject to the applicable rate at the time of invoicing
• Our offer is subject to our terms and conditions of sale. This estimate is subject to acceptance within 28 days
• The prices offered are current as of the date of our quotation. Forticrete reserves the right to amend the contract price to take account of any variation in any of its costs including any caused by the delay of the Buyer to provide any necessary information or the imposition of any new taxes or duties occurring from whatever cause between the date of the quotation and delivery of the goods
• Please note we reserve the right to amend prices on the attached quotation, in line with any exceptional increases on utility and fuel charges, with 60 days notice
• Our prices are offered on the basis of the information supplied. They may be subject to variation when your final requirements have been established
• Prices are based on both ex-works and delivered rates. Deliveries are based on full artic loads of 135m² or flat loads of 140m²
• The prices will be applicable for orders placed from 01/07/2025 and held until 30/06/2026
• All walling stone is textured on at least one end. Specials such as Quoins and Cappings may vary, details are available from Walling Customer Services
• We will reserve the right to charge for volume cancelled on an order at the end of a project. Rescheduled loads will be subject to availability of the product and subject to standard lead times
• Any additional quantities required should be shown as an amendment on the existing order with an agreed schedule in place
• When three course heights are required by a customer, these will be provided in the normal 60 : 30 : 10 ratio. We will not deviate from this ratio on a delivery. A request for additional amounts of a single size of stone will be dealt with separately and may not be available, therefore full availabilities may have to be quoted
