Our Improving Lives pillar at Ibstock, is focused on our commitment to build social value by investing in our people, our culture and our communities. A few from our achievements in 2023 include:
30 colleagues trained as Mental Health Allies: enhancing workplace wellbeing by equipping team members with the skills to support mental health.
300,000 bricks donated to schools and colleges: promoting educational development and hands-on skills training.
7% of employees in Earn and Learn positions: investing in the future of our workforce with the opportunity to learn while earning.
51 apprentices across multiple disciplines: supporting career development.
Fourth year supporting North Star and STEM activities: continuing our commitment to education and innovation.
