Our 2023 highlights:
Our Manufacturing Materials for Life pillar at Ibstock, is focused on evolving our existing product range, as well as bringing new lower embodied carbon products to the market. A few of our achievements from 2023 include:
We invested £250,000 in our Northwich factory to drive the development of lower carbon products, supporting our sustainability goals.
We achieved a 20% reduction in carbon emissions across our roof tile range, further enhancing our eco-friendly product offerings.
We introduced some of the first Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) across our wider building product range, providing transparency on the environmental impact of our products.
Ibstock was honoured with the Siemens Mobility Award for our innovative Signal Base design, showcasing our leadership in sustainable infrastructure.
We co-sponsored the publication on "Packaging Optimisation" by the Supply Chain Sustainability School, contributing to sustainable packaging practices in the construction industry.
