Will Wilkins

Chief Financial Officer

Will Wilkins joined Ibstock as Chief Financial Officer in August 2026. Prior to joining the Group, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Mpac Group plc, where he was a member of the Board and played a key role in supporting the company's organic and acquisitive growth and strategic development.

A Chartered Certified Accountant, Will brings more than 25 years of experience spanning finance, operations and business leadership. During his time at Mpac, he held a number of senior leadership positions, including Group Financial Controller, Group Operations Director and Projects Director, before his appointment as CFO in May 2018, giving him extensive expertise across financial management, operational performance and business transformation.

Prior to joining Mpac, Will held senior finance roles with BSH Home Appliances and began his career with Grant Thornton in 1992.

Will is passionate about creating long-term value through strong financial discipline, operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
