Ibstock Retains Gold Status in The 5% Club

We are proud to share that Ibstock has once again been awarded Gold accreditation in The 5% Club’s Employer Audit Scheme, marking our second consecutive year of recognition for our commitment to “earn and learn” opportunities across the business.

This achievement is more than just a badge, it’s a reflection of the incredible work happening across our sites and teams to support apprenticeships and other development pathways that help our people grow, thrive, and build meaningful careers.

Maintaining Gold status means we have continued to meet rigorous standards around how we invest in our people. It’s a testament to our belief that everyone should have access to opportunities to learn, develop, and succeed, no matter their background or starting point.

Karen Harris, Early Careers Manager, shared: “This recognition reflects the passion and dedication of so many people across Ibstock. We’ve grown our early careers programmes significantly over the past few years, and we’re excited to keep pushing forward - creating even more opportunities for new and existing colleagues to learn and grow.”

Being part of The 5% Club means we stand alongside over 1200 forward-thinking employers who are driving positive change in workplace training. Together, we support over 2 million employees - with more than 121,000 individuals been given skills based opportunities.
